MESSAGE FROM PASTOR DAVE LAWSON

Our Pastor

Our Pastor is Dr. Dave Lawson. He prefers to be called Pastor Dave. Pastor Dave and his wife Brenda arrived on July 1, 2018. Our Church is blessed with their presence. Pastor Dave says, “It is a God divine appointment that we are here.” Brenda plays the piano and Pastor Dave preaches Bible centered messages. He loves all people and has a desire to assist them in meeting their spiritual needs. He says, “caring is more than a word, just like love, it is an action word. It is far more about doing than saying.”

Pastor Dave’s personal mission statement is:

 "People First, Great Commission Always." 

Pastor Dave centers his leadership on:

• Prayer - the key to our source of power
• Praise - God inhabits the praise of His people, He (God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit) is worthy of all honor and praise.
• People - All people are important regardless of race, creed, color, ethnic group, or age . . . good or bad, rich or poor, they are all precious to our Lord and us.
• Property - It all belongs to our Heavenly Father; our tithe, our time, our talent, our life . . .
